Document Organization and Management

Secure Documents includes all the techniques for filing and locating documents available in Secure Mail. In addition, a number of more advanced techniques are presented.

Graphical Presentation

To provide both the ability to arrange and organize document groups and documents, as well as a means of navigating the group structure to locate specific sets of documents, Secure Documents provides a graphical multi-layered navigation interface which presents a far more efficient and convenient interface than a single dimensional list.

Document Replacement

The natural progression of generated documents is that of change. To support this lifecycle, Secure Documents provides for the replacement of existing documents as fully supported functionality. Searches may be directed to include or exclude replaced documents.

Full Text Search

Secure Documents includes a highly sophisticated and extremely efficient text index and search mechanism. Several classes of documents with textual content, including Acrobat PDF documents as well as Microsoft Word documents, are indexed immediately on insertion into the database. Text searches on phrases may be executed either for exact match or using 'sounds like' comparison.
