Scanning
To support transmission of paper documents, Secure Scan supports scanning documents through any Twain-compatible scanner, including scanners fitted with document feeders.
Documents are converted into JPG compressed images for efficient transmission, according to user-selectable parameters
Barcode Recognition
Built-in functionality allows for scanning a barcode printed or pasted on a document to automatically provide a document identification number, obviating the need for operator intervention. These numbers may be used to locate the document in addition to date and time-stamp, as well as originating user and target document group.
