Secure Access

Secure Mail provides basic access control including separation of documents into groups, and basic limitation of user visibility on these groups.

The Secure Access module provides two additional mechanisms for filing, navigation and access control.

Document Group Management

Secure Access allows the graphical viewing, arrangement and manipulation of document groups in a virtual 2D+ environment. Full functionality for creating and managing group hierarchies as well as shortcuts between groups is provided.

User to Group Access Control

A simple yet powerful mechanism for controlling access to either individual groups or entire group hierarchies is provided, which allows several levels of access on a per-user basis. Limitation of access to listing and searching, extraction, insertion and others is provided.
