Secure Mail

The base module of the Vault suite, Secure Mail provides a proprietary, secure communication protocol - completely independent of e-mail or FTP.

Functionality includes transfer, listing and retrieval of electronic files and documents.

Note that the Secure suite operates on your own document vault, installed at your site - you are in complete control of your documents and files.

Secure Scan

This module provides facilities for scanning and transmitting paper documents to the Lava Vault.

Secure Search

Where Secure Mail is dedicated to the transfer of information, Secure Search is dedicated to indexing documents to assist in subsequent location

Secure Access

Secure Access provides a powerful and flexible means of regulating and controlling access, as well as additional grouping and filing mechanisms which allow storage and categorization of any number of documents
